Somehow I had processed a return wrong on my phone. Isabella was phenomenal and helped me cancel the return I had done and then redo the return. She was very polite, helpful, and efficient. That being said, I have always had good customer service at this location. A lot of times you hear about the bad, but this location always provides the good.

She then said that the 2 boxes would cost $70 , I questioned 35 dollars a box and she said yes. I went to office max bought a $7 box and went back and shipped it. Ridiculous $70 for 2 boxes
