Be extremely vigilant about double checking the shipping address when they ask you to verify that it's correct. The kid who was handling my transaction transposed numbers on the zip and I didn't catch it, which caused my package to be undeliverable. My grandson did not receive his birthday gift and the $60 it cost to ship was wasted.
I visit this store fairly often and there are never any adult employees around. The entire staff seems to be made up of teenaged boys. They're much busier horsing around, texting and chatting with each other than they are working. I think it's great to give young people a chance to have a job, learn responsibility and earn money while doing it however, there needs to be adult, managerial supervision.

I don’t normally leave any bad reviews or negative reviews. However, I have went in the store a few times recently and I have not had a good experience. There are a lot of younger teenage kids which is perfectly fine, but can we please teach them the proper way to deal with people in customer service? I stood in the line for a moment waiting to mail packages. When one of the girls is free, or appears to be she just looks at me as if I’m supposed to know that her looking at me means that she is ready to take care of me. I try to be patient and wait for the person to let me know that they are ready for me by simply saying, I can take care of you right here, next customer, anything don’t just look at me and not speak. I proceeded to the counter where I had three packages. The girl taking care of me never said one word to me instead, she carried on a conversation the entire time with her coworker over things that were not work related. The one thing that she did finally say to me was do you want a receipt? I politely said yes and that was it. No thank you, Have a good day nothing and continued to talk to her coworker, as if I was not even there. The extent of her communication in a customer service job was nothing more than “do you want a receipt”? If this is your store, please teach your young employees customer service proper customer service. This is not the first time this has occurred always with the younger kids and it’s just because they are not taught or made to Be professional courteous in their customer service job.

Sitting in here while it rains to go in and get a notary done and two of the girls working held their own jacket over an elderly woman and walked with her to her car to make sure she didn’t get soaked. Wish I had recorded it and put it on social media for them to get the awareness they deserve for this amazing kind act. They deserve an award and a raise UPS
