It’s extremely unprofessional. I went in there recently and they had about 12 people waiting because they do not care to be helpful. They either have their back turned to you or just walk around aimlessly not wanting to assist. This location needs someone who is over the age of 21 and understands customer service.

The kid who was handling my transaction transposed numbers on the zip and I didn't catch it, which caused my package to be undeliverable. My grandson did not receive his birthday gift and the $60 it cost to ship was wasted. I visit this store fairly often and there are never any adult employees around. The entire staff seems to be made up of teenaged boys. They're much busier horsing around, texting and chatting with each other than they are working. I think it's great to give young people a chance to have a job, learn responsibility and earn money while doing it however, there needs to be adult, managerial supervision.
