  I had to leave a county in Tennessee was struggling to even try to live nobody would let me work and I am not sure how I found Nora Guzman Had to be God be ause without her help i would not ha e gotten A job or a chance I was giving up I stated working with her and things started changing for me Good will is alot more than I knew about thank you Nora in Lebanon for all you have done

  Great person, Noura Guzman! She's so awesome and always ready to help, so much knowledge and network! I came in to the Lebanon center on 08/29 looking for "Noura", from another center-location, where they weren't able to help me with anything. Noura gave me an appointment and started processing me. We started with resume building, applying to jobs which were a good fit, she connected me directly with partners and gave referrals, even set up interviews and prepared me for each! Within 3 days I had 2 prospects and one job offer! Today, Noura Guzman assisted me in Onboarding process for my new job, which starts tomorrow 09/12!

  Nora Guzman at the Lebanon Career center is incredible. She is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and kind. She inspires you with hope. She acts to help you get a career goal and job quickly. She understands hard times so she is very real, open, and helpful. She truly encompasses the values of the original Goodwill founders to help the poor. My husband set an appointment for both of us and with a few hours he had an interview set. Interviewed, was hired and then promoted before starting to a better position based on testing. Nora is a mountain mover. Her values and commitment shine thru to employees and the business partners she serves and builds relationships with. She helped me rewrite a resume based on a new goal. I'm looking for housing while my husband has started his new job. She gave us hope and acted swiftly to help us. With my husband's new job and additional income we can look for housing now. We have been staying in our vehicle temporarily but thanks to Nora we are seeing God's promises fulfilled. She amazing. I truly hope she can set the standards for all the Goodwill Career centers nationwide. So that the founding Goodwill members promises and commitment to the poor shines thru and folks value what Goodwill stands for.

  Mrs. Noura is such a blessing. I moved here with no community and she has helped me through that on more than one occasion. Honestly, going to goodwill was the best decision I ever made.
