- RMRayanne MoosApr 1, 20261.0The Post Master refuses to take any feedback from me and enforce the change with the mail carrier on my route. At first it was refusal to deliver packages due to dog - fine if there's a vehicle home, don't deliver the package, otherwise the dogs ARE put up and not a problem. Also gave the option of dropping the package at the end of the driveway if it doesn't fit in the mailbox. Today the dogs were out (because I got an alert saying there was a delay and they would be delivered tomorrow) and they could've selected not delivered or dropped in the driveway and instead they shoved my package into the mailbox. This bent the product and it is now UNUSABLE. I have offered solutions at every point because I don't have a consistent schedule that allows me to go to the Post Office during their open hours at any given moment and this office has refused to make any adjustments and allows the postal carrier to do whatever she wants without reprimand. Absolutely trash staff.

The postmaster was a complete jerk. And now I'm out of $75 for a package they never delivered. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
