Apparently the post office doesn't deliver anymore. If you order something and it ends up being delivered by the post office, they might not deliver it if they don't feel like delivering something that heavy. It's not above their shipping weight, it's above their work ethic. The counter person was rude and intentionally unhelpful, then muttered something about it being heavy when he handed it to me. I paid for delivery because I have a spine surgery coming up and I am risking my health to lift something that was supposed to be delivered to my door. 2nd Incident of the post office refusing to do their job. I am post-surgical and cannot lift more than 10 lb and I was expecting to have this delivered because I paid for delivery. After speaking with the postal employee at the counter, they agreed that it should have been delivered. Why does the post office employ people who do not do their job?

I understand working for the post office can be difficult and or stressful. Although this location has proven to have more than a couple of lazy employees. Yes, there are restrictions on what they can deliver when it comes to the dimensions of the package, but they will happily lie about the measurements given even though they are well under the limit. Maybe they are unable to do simple addition. Secondly, for some reason they will return mail that I payed for stamps for to deliver with no reason given whatsoever. My suggestion to future customers is to not hope for this location to be better anytime soon. Lastly, expect to do their job without making $20+ per hour.

When I receive packages the person delivering the mail always places the “postcards” or “letters” under the boxes which they leave on the porch. I’m always concerned that there going to be soaked by the rain or blown away by the wind. And yesterday I find my mail all over the yard and in the driveway under the vehicles because the wind got it. It wouldn’t bother me so much if I only go junk mail but some of the mail I receive is important and it don’t need to be lost or ruined by the weather. I know it takes a little extra time to put the letters in the mailbox and the packages in the porch but that’s the only way to know I’m going to get my letters once they get to my house.

We have a tote on the porch table with a sign on it. Why put our package on the damn ground beside it for the dogs to chew up?
