We are constantly calling and complaining because she refused to deliver our packages to the front door. So sick of it! Of you don't want to do your job, get a new one! Talked to Troy on the phone because THEIR driver was too lazy to bring my package. Didn't want any information of mine so he can tell me why the driver did not give us our package and just left a note saying they missed us. We just moved here so we are home all day with unpacking! Our daughter is in virtual school so we aren't going anywhere and they left a note saying that they missed us today. What kind of service is this? We move to a new place and instantly have issues getting packages? So unprofessional and unacceptable!
