- TPTerrell PolkJan 21, 20261.0The cashier was rude, not friendly, and didn’t greet me at all. When I asked for help, he wasn’t knowledgeable about the prices and gave me incorrect information. On top of that, his body language was horrible — he acted as if helping me was an inconvenience. There was also a woman standing by the cashier line who didn’t assist me either; she just stared at me and offered no support. The entire experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I will never return to this location again. Very poor customer service.
- CCchris carterNov 11, 20251.0This place closes at 4:30. I got here at 4:10 and the doors were locked. When i pulled in i seen about 3-4 cars drive out extremely fast. This is unacceptable, if you close at 4:30 , the doors should not be locked until then.

This place shouldn't have the office opened. There are 2 ladies that are always so rude to everyone!!! There was a very tall man that was always so pleasant. He was the only reason I ever used that location. I really wish USPS would fix this place. If the women don't want to deal with customers, get rid of them.
