  Mr. Lawrence Segree and his two sons run this location, and they are each extremely kind and helpful. They let me mail a few packages to this address while I was traveling. They held the packages for weeks while Mr. Segree and I remained in email communication so I could keep him updated on my date of arrival. When I arrived to get my packages, Mr. Segree and his sons were each very friendly, and they even brought the large packages to my car. Excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend.

  A big shout out to Marley and Lawrence at the LaVergne, TN UPS Store. Their great service started with giving me all of the options they offered for shipping and most cost efficient. When we got all of the decisions made I left there knowing I had left the dishes in the best hands. I was shipping family Heirloom Dishes to California that had been passed down through three or four generations. I was really concerned about them getting there without any breakage. Of course the store offers insurance for the value which is optional and gives comfort in monetary reimbursement, but can never replace family heirlooms that have been generational for many years. Marley and Lawrence are the best. Not only did they walk me through options of getting them there, they packed each piece of the dishes with their expertise and love. Long story short... the Heirloom dishes arrived on time completely in tact. Not one broken piece. Absolutely Amazing! Marley and Lawrence demonstrate how every Employer would want someone to represent them and serve their customers. Thank you so much Harley and Lawrence. Thank you UPS Store for opening a store in our City of LaVergne, TN. Pam Biggs

  On February 6, 2026, A little bit before noon, I walked into the new UPS store off of Murfreesboro Road in Lavergne, Tennessee. The store was extremely clean and neat. I was the only one in the store and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Lawrence. Lawrence was extremely helpful and very nice/respectful. He answered my questions and took care of me right away. I was able to ship my package off and it’s going to be delivered tomorrow. I will continue using this UPS location. Thank you Lawrence for taking care of your customers.
