- ENEmily NewtonAug 18, 20251.0Went to deliver an over night package at 930 AM. Was told by the employee it would actually take 2 days, this is just company policy. I understand there's not much you can do about the way a company operates but it was a bit odd to be labeled 1 day and actually take 2 days. I had the package addressed and she filled out the paperwork. While completing my credit card transaction, the worker started clicking on the credit card scanner. At one point I saw faces. She clicked so quickly I asked what the faces were and I was told it was a review. I told her I didn't get to put my opinion. And why did she choose for me if this is a survey for the customer? (I would have liked to express my displeasure with the silly "one day shipping" policy). She said if I wanted to do the review, the transaction would need to restart. I said that was fine... This is when the experience turned to a one star... She told me the questions are about her (which I did not know as I did not get a chance to read it) and she was visibly annoyed. She then told me something along the lines of: since I wanted to do her job I can fill out her paperwork too. She then handed me a new blank overnight slip to complete with information that the workers are supposed to complete. Now, my issue is 1. The policy is silly, but really not her fault. Not the workers' policy. Unrelated to my service. 2. If there is a CUSTOMER survey, it should be for the CUSTOMER to complete. Otherwise, it is not accurate. To be fair, when I read the survey it did ask about the knowledge of the worker, which was good. But again, I as the customer should be the one to state my opinion. Or at least asked as she clicked. And certainly.i should not be threatened with doing the job of the employee if I ask to see the survey and give my opinion. I have never seen anything like this before. Due to this particular employee working the front at 930 8/18/2025, one star. I would highly not recommend this post office when she is working. Unfortunately as this was my only experience I have to leave one star.
