- CHConrad HolmesApr 17, 20261.0Would much prefer a kiosk. USPS should absolutely not have the customer satisfaction survey right in front of the employee so they can see your response. Before they are done helping the customer even so the risk of retaliation is high! Poor design. A kiosk would not have leaned on my package during weighing and would not have pretended not to know how much my package weighs and would have told me the shipping times associated with each rate. The human refused to look at the options and was then too worried about the very-not-anonymous survey. Flawed.

Today I recognized no one and was treated very rudely after needing a money order and when they were out of them was treated like I was stupid by who I’m assuming is some type of floor manager.
