  I showed up to this location 5 minutes before close, 2 days before Christmas with a stack of gifts. (I know that’s not nice, I promise profusely apologized). I am working two jobs and didn’t have much time to wrap gifts for my siblings and their kids. I walked into a very nice black lady. I began to apologize for coming in late and she didn’t bat an eye. She was kind. Explained pricing. Help me get the right info and stayed over to wrap them in bubble wrap. Somehow they made it before Christmas! I was shocked. Great job FED EX and if I can find her again, I hope to be able to thank her in person.

  The two worst customer service experiences of my life both happened at this location. The one that inspired this review is this: I was trying to print a single page shipping label just now & I came in right at closing which was not what I wanted, I was delayed multiple times & very frustrated by the whole thing already. I really hoped that since I was printing a SINGLE PICE OF PAPER on a SELF SERVICE machine that it wouldn’t be a big deal since it would take all of 40 seconds. Well the girl inside saw me coming and LITERALLY RAN TO THE DOOR TO LOCK IT BEFORE I COULD COME IN. I was like oh I just want to use your self service it will take 30 seconds, & laughing in my face the chick is like “sorry we close at seven”. Dude, I worked in retail for a decade and a half, sometimes you have to stay until 2 minutes after & it’s not a huge deal. I’m sure they could have found something to clean for the less than one minute self service thing I had to do. I will find another space to do my printing because this spot just really sucks at customer service.

  Quick easy side street parking and knowledgeable staff made it nice and easy to send out 2 packages.

  Lackluster service and super crazy overpriced printing cost. I went in to get a 24"x36" color print on photo matte paper and the associate said it was going to be $72 plus tax. I laughed because I thought he was joking, but he was serious. He then got snippy with me when I asked what type of paper cost $12 per square foot and he proceeded to show me the book of overpriced paper. Then I left and got my print on the same paper for $10. If you need wide format prints do not get them here.
