- LLLisaJul 8, 20251.0Doors were locked before 5 pm and as someone who works business hours makes it extremely difficult to pick up packages that they won’t deliver to my address. And don’t bother using the barcode on the package slip because it won’t let you reschedule a delivery.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and both times I visited, I was in and out with no wait—can’t ask for much better than that! The only downside is the parking lot, which could use a little improvement. It’s not a dealbreaker, but some maintenance would definitely make the overall experience smoother.

He waited for a bit while I got the apartment number I forgot to put on my mail after he pointed out I may have missed it. I apologized but he said it was OK and he just wanted to make sure my mail was delivered and not sent back. Even when I went back in to get his name for this review the customers he helped left with a smile. Again thank you and will make this my go to mailing location.
