An absolute joke of a post office always have issues with them now im having a package sent back to sender because I couldn't get off work to get it and they made to false statements of attempted delivery when I have no ring footage of them showing up to attempt a delivery

I have a problem with packages on the ground by the mailbox! More like a drive- by deliver. Phone call to office would fix but 1-800 number is a joke.

This USPS location has shown an unbelievable level of carelessness and irresponsibility. My package (tracking number 9405 5092 0609 4922 5194 92) was marked as “Delivered to Parcel Locker,” yet I never received the key and never received my package. Despite this, USPS refused to actually investigate the situation. Instead of checking the GPS delivery scan, verifying the parcel locker, or making any real effort to locate my package, my Missing Mail claim was denied with the simple excuse that “the tracking shows delivered.” This is not customer service — this is a complete lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. Because of the negligence of USPS employees, I lost my package and the money I paid for it. No one took accountability, no one tried to fix the mistake, and no one cared that a customer was left without their item. It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable to deal with such inattentive and unprofessional service. I truly hope this issue is addressed, because customers should not have to suffer financial loss due to the irresponsibility of USPS workers.
