How is it that your parking lot is always full of cars so much that people have to park in other lots only to find out when we get in the building that there are LITERALLY ZERO PEOPLE WAITING?!?!?!? The people that work here are great though. Too bad the apartments across the street use your parking lot like it's their own. If I go back to this spot and I can't park, I'll just give FedEx all of my business. They already have half because of your extortional prices! Might as well watch you go bankrupt!

- CCChantelle CoteJul 15, 20254.0I had a great trip to the Fountain City Branch today, kind and respectful person tending to my needs. Yes they do tend to cram your mailbox full to the point of things being damaged, which sucks, but I believe this is due to not being allowed to pull into driveways to deliver at the door related to liability. No one wants to take an extra step these days when everyone is so critical, besides dog bites, risk of get shot trespassing, and robberies if they even think of stepping out of their vehicles. Also, in the past we often had things sent to the wrong homes, but fortunately in our area we just deliver them in person to the correct home, however over time this seems to have lessened, thankfully. I feel this P.O. location has improved over the past year, but obviously the cramming is undesirable. Also, before your accept all of these reviews as reflective of the employees at this location consider the persons leaving them. I have noticed that several are all or nothing type people. a 1 or a 5 review and nothing in between.
