- BMBrenda MacdonaldFeb 23, 20261.0I paid $33.25 for over night delivery. After many phone calls it was 2 weeks late. I asked for a refund of my money and was denied. I got ripped off! A terrible system and poor customer service.
- LLlynnskiJan 30, 20261.0Another week, another 2 reports of mail theft reported in our local newspaper from the drive-thru usps mailbox in front of the Farragut post office. This has been an ongoing problem for at least 6 months bc it happened to me in July. We have traffic cameras for enforcement & identification of traffic violators but a FEDERAL office seemingly has done nothing to surveil an official mailbox on their property after countless reports of theft??!! At the minimum, you'd think they'd at least empty those mailboxes at the end of the day. Do yourself a favor and walk into the building and use a mailbox inside bc a drive by mailbox isnt convenient when the chances of that mail being stolen seem pretty high.
