A Mr. Jeffry who was working there at 12:30 on Thursday Nov 13th 2025 refused to print me a receipt to prove that I dropped the package into ups’s possession. He claimed his receipt printer was in operational, so I asked him if he could print it on one of the three unoccupied computers but he refused. I explained to him that I was not trying to be difficult, and I am just following eBay’s rules for how I have to deliver the packages; however he still refused. He told me my options were to wait for someone else to arrive at 16:00 because he was alone and not willing to do it or I could go to another post office, so I had to drive to a different post office. In summary everyone else I have ever interacted with at this location has been phenomenal, but Mr. Jeffry was very unprofessional and I would advise waiting on anyone else if at all possible.

Mail person was to lazy to deliver my package so they marked it as an incomplete address even though it cleared had my full address and had it shipped back to the place I ordered it from.

Tried for over 45 minutes to call to get a hold of someone at this location. The phone keeps ringing and then just hangs up because no one answered. I order food for my animal, I know the box of food I get says call me or leave it at the doorstep or leave it back at the post office and I can come get it because it is heat sensitive. Whoever runs my route keeps leaving it in the parcel box. And it’s literally costing me more money because my insects are dying being in the parcel box. Or this time they linked it to someone else’s apartment and I have yet to find my box.

WOW jeffery you are a real tough guy! Slapping your chest a few times like a complete idiot, did you want to fight?!?!? Great way to act towards customers , very professional! You started all of this. after you made fun of me and how I wrote on the envelope that I was shipping, I think it might be time for you to get a job else where, you obviously hate your life. Hey man I’m really sorry that you’re not happy with your physical appearance. That’s no reason to be completely rude to people, and make fun of other people. USPS you guys can do better, it’s time to get some caring kind people in your establishment!
