- PGPamela GuestDec 9, 20251.0I put 2 bills in mailbox in front of post office on Sunday Nov.16,2025. One was for KUB the other to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Co. Neither one has reached their destination. The KUB is a local address, should have been there in 3 to 4 days at most. Vanderbilt was due on Dec.1,2025 but yet my check still hasn't went through the bank. I went to post office this past Friday and the lady working got attitude when I politely ask her when they collected the mail in box at 4pm would she check an make sure my mail.wasnt stuck in the box somewhere. I also told her I had been calling the post office for 2 days an no one would answer phone. Her response was a look like that isn't my job description an the remark that she didn't gave anyone to answer phone. There were 2 ladies working counter and I could hear plenty of people in the back. What is going on at this post office ? She acted like she was not concerned at all. Now both bills are late an checks still havent cleared the bank. I will have to pay late fees due to someone's irresponsibility.
