- ASAva SilversFeb 2, 20261.0Went here to see if I could get a hold for a package with an inaccurate delivery location. The guy talked to me like I was a child, saying I should’ve made sure I put the right address and there wasn’t much he could do, which is fine. But as I went to leave l, the man at the counter started to say how beautiful I was and how I had such pretty hair. I was really creeped out. Definitely was looking behind my back when I was leaving. Will not be returning here again. Service workers, do not flirt with your customers. Especially government workers. Ridiculous.
- TMTerri MJan 21, 20261.0Im not at all surprised that this Post Office has bad reviews. What I thought would be a quick visit was verrry long. I already had a shipping label, just needed a receipt. There was 3 people in front of me. The lady working there was socializing with the first person for a good 10 minutes talking about random things in life, etc. This is NOT the place to socialize. The next person was about 8 minutes... same thing.... talking about random stuff in life. Chatting about a specialty stamp that the lady MUST have and asking if the employee can order more. Then the third person you could tell was trying to get out of there and the employee kept trying to socialize with him but he said what he needed and was trying to get out of there. She started asking me random stuff and I said "I just need a receipt" in a stern voice so she knew I wasn't here to socialize. I ignored her questions. I understand that you might have a boring job and the people that come in are your way of socializing but save that for if you go to a store or something. Sometimes people are there for a quick trip, they are on lunch break, not interested in socializing etc. we shouldn't have to wait a half hour or more for something basic. They should hire a 2nd person if they want to tell their whole life stories to customers.

However, they never (and I mean NEVER) answer their phone, there are only two cashiers max, their solutions to missing packages are to call another phone number and hope that person can help, and wait times can be very long.
