The worker told me to choose any of the boxes and told me Id need to buy a roll of tape as well. I purchased them and then had to leave the register to address them and wait in line a second time. The boxes didn’t need tape, they came with adhesive strips so when I finally made it back up to the register, I asked to return the tape. She told me I’d have to fill out a very long form and wait in line for a 3rd time to get the refund. Ridiculous. Misinformation and terrible service on their part. Worst post office I’ve been to.

However, they never (and I mean NEVER) answer their phone, there are only two cashiers max, their solutions to missing packages are to call another phone number and hope that person can help, and wait times can be very long.
