- EMERNESTO MARQUEZ3 days ago1.0The customer service at this location has been consistently unsatisfactory. The package was dropped off at the store on February 23rd, yet it was never registered as received by UPS. Although I have a valid tracking number, the store employee repeatedly stated that the system shows no information and that she has no knowledge of the package’s whereabouts. This shipment was sent with the expectation of arriving a week early, and I paid the 2nd Day Air fee accordingly; however, there is still no update on its status. Additionally, the staff at this store consistently display an unprofessional and discourteous attitude. On February 28th, 2026, at 10:15 AM, I contacted the store seeking clarification, and the employee who answered chose to hang up rather than provide any explanation or assistance.

They were not rude at all, if anything the complete opposite she/they were very helpful. Happy to be working there. It may seem small but It made my day week so much easier. I believe going above and beyond like that deserves recognition. Maybe bosses will see and get a raise because I have been to other UPS's and definitely have not received this level of customer service ever!

The gentleman that tried to help us was very nice, but didn’t seem to know the mailing regulations. The lady, who I assume was acting manager, gave a confusing explanation as to what we needed to do. We left frustrated.
