  I mailed my sons important documents from the UPS store in Farragut and was told he would receive them Wednesday afternoon. I checked with them Thursday night and was told they could see it left their store but UPS didn’t show receiving it on their truck and she would check and call me back. I called back Friday afternoon and told them I really needed to find out what was going on because these were important documents. I was told they have no responsibility for my package after it leaves their facility. THAT IS WHY I USED THEM, TO GUARANTEE IT IS SAFELY GOING TO MY RECIPIENT. She then said a manager would call me back and miraculously they located it and it will be there Saturday. Will never use them again.

  The staff members of the UPS location did their job well, helped me in a timely fashion, and made sure that I got my items how I wanted them.

  I absolutely love everyone that works here! It’s always a pleasant experience and the customer service is amazing. I’ve been here for my passport, my wedding posters and for my business posters and flyers! They always know what to do and are very knowledgeable! Thank you everyone and shout out to Mark!
