- TDTeresa DuffyDec 12, 20253.0On 12/8 I took my 7 wrapped packages and gift bags to the UPS store to have them packed and shipped. I’ve done this in the past with great results. The package arrived as promised, but what was found inside was just a jumbled mess. I’m so disappointed; gift bag items are out of their bags and paper torn— not the special look I was going for.

I checked with them Thursday night and was told they could see it left their store but UPS didn’t show receiving it on their truck and she would check and call me back. I called back Friday afternoon and told them I really needed to find out what was going on because these were important documents. I was told they have no responsibility for my package after it leaves their facility. THAT IS WHY I USED THEM, TO GUARANTEE IT IS SAFELY GOING TO MY RECIPIENT. She then said a manager would call me back and miraculously they located it and it will be there Saturday. Will never use them again.
