  This is the best store in Knoxville! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I do all of my returns and shipping with them. It’s so nice to be welcomed in with a smiling face.

  Had to send a friend of mine a gift for the holidays. Packed everything up and headed over. Staff was friendly, place was tidy and clean. Avarie was very nice and pleasant. The holiday rush to send packages is always tough, but, this UPS location and its staff are helpful and great at everything they do. They also laugh at all my bad jokes. Extra points.

  Avarie was super helpful and patient. When I came in, so did about 15-20 other people. She did great at efficiently addressing my needs and helping those in front of me. She also demonstrated kindness and was calm even with all the chaos around her. I did not see her colleagues name when I was in around 3:30 pm today. But they both handled the crowed so well. Thankful for people like this!

  I had a deeply alarming experience at this location on 12/9/25 at around 8:30 AM. I came in to use the self-service return station because a previous return processed at this store was not scanned correctly and I never received credit for it. Kristen Boyle, store manager, told me to come to the counter instead, and I politely explained that I would prefer to use the self serve kiosk due to the previous mistake. I attempted to use the kiosk and Kristen Boyle became hostile, told me “whatever,” then refused to allow me to use the self-service option. When I asked for clarification, she ordered me to leave and threatened to call the police on me. I want to be clear: I did not raise my voice. I did not threaten or intimidate her. I made no physical contact and did not deserve the police being called on me. I am very intentional about being polite and kind to service workers. There was absolutely no reason to call the police on me. I ultimately left after she called the police and requested they come to the store and remove me. I didn't even confront her about her error previously. I didn't get a refund and just accepted it and decided I would scan returns myself going forward. I simply attempted to use the self-service kiosk as allowed by UPS Store policy. Being threatened with law enforcement for no reason was shocking and completely unacceptable. There were no other customers or staff present. But I have video documentation of the interaction and have submitted a formal complaint to UPS corporate. This behavior is unprofessional, unsafe, and needs immediate attention from the owner and corporate management. I have attached a picture of the employee that threatened me, intimidated me, told me that I was "banned from her store", refused to allow me to do my self-service kiosk return, and ultimately called 911 and requested that dispatch send police to have me trespassed from "her store."
