Package was ripped down the side by trying to jam it into a box that it clearly wouldn’t fit into. Asked him why he did it and what he was going to do to remediate his actions, simply taped the rip. But the gift was picture perfect beforehand, my wife spent 20 minutes wrapping it. No financial discount offered. Minimal Christmas spirit
