I'm Writing This Review To Make You Aware Of The Quality Of Service Rendered At Your Store #6574 Located On Harden Valley Road In Knoxville Tennessee. I Been A Customer Of This Store Since Moving To Knoxville In 2021. Being New To The City, I Often Had To Mail And Return An Avalanche Of Mail And Packages That I Was Constantly Receiving. Colin, Austin And The Staff Became My Angels Of Rescue. I Would Normally Forget Relevant Paper Work Or Codes, They Would Patiently And Respectfully Always Help Me Get The Correct Documentation That I Needed To Mail Or Receive.My Letters Or Packages. In Today's Society I'm Always Irritated By The Lack Of Service Received When Conducting Business. I Will Say Without Any Hesitation That The Staff At Harden Valley Has Always Excelled In The Service And Professional Category. Being A RETIRED DISABLED VETERAN, I Can Sometimes Be Very DEMANDING. To Colin And His Staff It Was Business As Usual, Not Only To Myself But To Many Other Customers That Would Come Into The Store. The UPS store is very convenient and the owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. I struggle with modern technology sometimes and they are very understanding! I really appreciate their help and services and would highly recommend this store.
