  Look, i work in food service, i know people can be awful, but theres one lady i see there every week, AND SHE IS ALWAYS PISSED. Like she has slammed packages in anger, ive seen her talk down to multiple customers again and again. She's lovely to me, bc i know how to ship things, but sometimes it can be a little confusing. If you hate your job THAT much why are you there? She snapped at her coworkers one week, a customer the next, and i know if im seeing it week in and week out it HAS to be worse in person? I usually dont like to be hateful but i keep seeing negative reviews towards attitude and i think its specific to her. The guys on shift are usually pretty chill and super sweet, i love em. Total sweethearts, apparently dont like peach energy drinks, but she snapped at my guys, not cool.

  Amazing staff, especially Brock (Hulk) and Kathy. All of the employees who work here treat the business as if it’s their own and are committed to providing the best customer experience. Always a pleasure to deal with these wonderful people.

  The variety of services that are offered make this place convenient. However, when you’re continually met with exasperated sighs and general rudeness from the staff, this place becomes a disappointment. In the future we will search for other alternatives before coming here.

  Approximately 2:03pm on 12/7/2025 my husband and I took a package to be returned to Temu. First we stood there for at least 5 minutes while the employee was taping up a box and he never acknowledged us. And was not very friendly when he did approach us. I told him I had a package and it was a mirror that was damaged when I recieved it. I told him it was totally secured and he proceeded to tell me that UPS would throw it away. Well... my refund depends on that package getting back to the person that it's addressed to. If the package was not secure my husband and I would not have brought it in the first place to be sent back. Needless to say this was not a pleasant experience and I can see why the store has a low rating. If people do not like their job and can't be respectful then they don't need to be working with the public. My hopes is that my package gets where it is going. Thank you.

  I just want to let everybody know that I get my mail from this UPS Store. So that when a package or regular mail is sent by either USPS or FedEx or UPS this is the location that I come to now for close to 3 years to pick everything up since I live in a very very rural area. It takes me 1 hour one way just to drive to the UPS Store. I am disabled and parking in that parking lot and getting into the UPS Store sometimes is very challenging for me but that's not because of the rules and regulations of the UPS store it's because the rules and regulations of the strip mall that they're in. So the other day I went in to go get my mail and I found out that I had 13 packages plus a bunch of regular envelopes to take to my vehicle. This was in the middle of the day in fact it was on black Friday. Kathy the store manager and another employee and I'm sorry I didn't get your name I apologize we're nice enough to help me with my packages and brought them out to my vehicle. I'm sure that working there sometimes with all the traffic that they have going in and out is probably a h very high stress job but they literally dropped everything to help me out and I will never forget that. I want to thank you so much for taking care of your customers. I know that you are not able to do that every time and I wouldn't expect you to but I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate both of you for helping me out. THANK YOU Bill
