    I have had an urgent situation for court documents for out of state that I have been trying to get notarized in the midst of working all week and taking care of my kids by myself and it had become really stressful! Today I walked in worried whether they’d be able to do it but Kathy cheerily smiled and said she could get that done for me. Helped me go over the paperwork to make sure it was all filled out correctly and notarized it for me. Helped me go over options of the best route for me to get it there effectively, printed the label and did everything to get it sent! All the whole a humongous line had formed behind me and all of the other employees were so efficient in handling the customers the line was back down within a couple of minutes. Everyone in the store was kind and hard working and efficient! I would give a higher score if I could! Kathy if you see this, I know I told you that you were a blessing today but I’m not sure you have any idea how big of a blessing you were! I hope you all have the best holidays!

    The employees here are cold and unfriendly. They called us over a package they broke and how we needed to collect it since it was leaking, so my husband and I came back to the store to collect our package. They swore our bottles were broken by being rolled over the rollers in the store, but as they were refunding us for the package the other employee started throwing drop off packages -at least ten ft- across the store smacking them against the counter next to the register. He almost hit his coworker in the head with a kindle shaped amazon package. When we opened our box three bottles were completely shattered. Pretty sure it wasn’t the rollers and if this is how they treat packages in front of customers I can only imagine what goes on in the back.

    I went into the store to drop off an Amazon order. The manager Brack had a very nasty attitude and was making faces rolling his eyes n very bad tone w me and kept raising his voice and very argumentative and not helpful on a situation that should’ve been a simple process. I advised Kathy that I usually go to another store, but Amazon directed me to go to this store. She stated that I can go to any other store they all do the same things and if I did not prefer her store - can go else where. I asked for their main manager stated: not in store and refused contact info and kept refusing that information but she was a little helpful and stated that when the code states Red and explained has to go back in separate bags - as a consumer we don’t know this n they should know to explain - we don’t do this everyday n I am sure not everyone would know how the process works. She also stated: that it’s red because- I returned a lot of items … False - I have never returned an item to Amazon, but then she stated that they might want the product back faster, a little condescending with her attitude but the store was having side conversations and professionalism was not there. Also, when I approached Barack I advised him, he would need to open the package to see the items I have— and to open it and package was not sealed - He advised me it was not his responsibility, unhelpful, and very rude, and you can tell in his face that he does not like his job nor the people and he does not need to be in leadership very disappointed in your store and ur choice in leadership and in this company… please play back cameras - he needs to work in a warehouse n not w people …
