I was trying to find what I needed to do for my return and another staff member told me to step over and finish what I needed to do so the rest of the line could move. Will not go back.

I went twice about 2 weeks apart and both times the network was down/ extremely slow causing a huge line for form out the door both days. While employees all remained very calm and kind, they were visibly stressed from the growing line of people staring at them. I felt really bad for them both times. Especially for the guy that had to open by himself Tuesday morning. He had no help and the network wouldn't work at all on one register and then was extremely slow on the other. Staff the store better and fix the network asap for these poor employees.

Like she has slammed packages in anger, ive seen her talk down to multiple customers again and again. She's lovely to me, bc i know how to ship things, but sometimes it can be a little confusing. If you hate your job THAT much why are you there? She snapped at her coworkers one week, a customer the next, and i know if im seeing it week in and week out it HAS to be worse in person? I usually dont like to be hateful but i keep seeing negative reviews towards attitude and i think its specific to her. The guys on shift are usually pretty chill and super sweet, i love em. Total sweethearts, apparently dont like peach energy drinks, but she snapped at my guys, not cool.
