I came in on a rainy Sunday to do an Amazon return and a USPS return. I had called on my way and spoke to Dep. I wanted to ask about the USPS return as it was a small item. I knew that some UPS stores are sometimes unable to do USPS returns. Dep was so kind and answered my question. He told me to go ahead and bring it and we would see what could be done. When I arrived, he greeted me kindly and took care of my Amazon return first. Then he assisted with my USPS return. He looked at the package and agreed to return it for me. I needed the label printed and there were a few other customers that came in. I stepped aside and sent the label via email to be printed out. Dep was navigating two registers like a true champ and assisting customers quickly and efficiently. When he confirmed he got the label and printed it, I went back to the desk. It was $3.95 to print the label but worth getting these packages in the mail. UPS is a business after all. I appreciate Dep and his kindness and customer service in helping me get two packages returned and not forcing me into the inconvenience of the post office. My work schedule doesn’t make going to the post office as convenient as the UPS store. This was a pretty seamless and quick transaction. Shout out to Dep. He needs a raise and promotion!

I was very nervous walking in there as the line was wrapped and put the door. Much to my surprise the line moved quickly and efficiently. Very impressed. Employees were kind and helpful as well.

This location is VERY busy! The staff is very helpful and polite. There was a long line when I got there and a longer line when I left. But the staff was patient with the people and very efficient. They kept the line moving yet they met the needs of their customers.

I come here very often to ship things and use other services. A worker named Nathaniel was very rude to me two separate times. I was holding a box to ship, and he started pointing to the scale. I didn’t get what he meant, so he pointed harder and then grabbed my box from me and rolled his eyes. I thought maybe he had a bad day, but I saw him treat others like this later, and then me again. I don’t think he is meant to work with customers. The other employees I’ve dealt with are very nice and helpful. I would advise everyone to go to one of the other employees and not this guy.

Brought an item to have them ship for me. The employees very unnecessarily insisted i get a box that is twice as big as the item that i was shipping to get more money out of me. ended up paying 100 dollars for something that should have only been 40 had i bring my own properly sized box.
