- GPGarrett PotterDec 10, 20251.0I am traveling out of town here in Knoxville and needed my ID overnighted and had paid 90 dollars in order to get it to this location from my hometown. Upon coming to the store to pick it up I was told that it was sent to another location that the employees in this store could not disclose to me. I asked several times for help finding out where my ID that I had paid a good amount to have brought here had gone and I was given no answers or help from staff. The best result I got was to call their 1-800 number just to get passed through menus, wait on an hour hold, and speak to people that also could offer no help overseas. After arguing and getting transferred several times and eating up 2 hours of my vacation time here I was let know that they had confirmed with the store the package was there the entire time. I was not offered any kind of refund or anything just a whoops. Will not be using UPS moving forward. To add on: upon final pickup of the package they still charged me an additional 15 dollars to take possession of my package that I already paid 90 dollars to have shipped in the first place. Which was a simple package with nothing but an ID in it.
