It was a lady with short colored hair who clearly doesn’t make good life decisions. Typical person who doesn’t want to do their job. My brother is extremely upset about the situation and so am I.

I came in smiling and asked for help getting a big printer into the store and they said, "There's a dolly." I knew it was too big and would hurt me, but they didn't give me any choice. The dolly is wobbly and after pulling the printer out of my car onton the it, I had to get the printer and dolly up over the curb in order to bring it in. And I had to get the door for myself, while trying to get this heavy printer and wobbly dolly through it. Their customer service is distgusting. I was in pain last night, missing sleep, and today is worse.
