  As an IT professional, I would highly recommend avoiding this organization. They are the most unorganized IT recruiters I have ever been contacted by. I have been contacted at this point by about 4 to 5 different recruiters from their team in the last year. I have spoken with them multiple times on what types of positions that I would be open to and salary expectations. They keep trying to get me to give up full a full time job for short contracts or positions that would be a huge step down career-wise. They clearly don't read resumes or talk to each other. Update August 2025: Even after writing this review, two of their reps have called me within a week. One of whom has contacted me multiple times as if I was a totally new person. So unorganized and unprofessional.

  One of my well wishers suggested Patriot talent Solutions and ever since I joined this organization, things in my life took a good turn and I have been in a right direction. Jessica and Amy are the best people in this world that I have ever met. They took care of everything with patience and kindness. I cannot thank them enough. Special thanks to Jessica Teske for helping me with my STEM extension process with utmost importance. Everything is accurate and quick with them. I definitely recommend everyone who wants to shape their careers, to join this place and be in good and safe hands. Much appreciated. Blessed!

  I was contacted by Patriot at absolutely the right time in my job search. I was about to onboard with a company that I was not too thrilled about when Taylor reached out to me with an exciting opportunity. Not only is my current job absolutely incredible, I truly love working with the people I do. I am so forever thankful to Patriot for finding me a job that has changed my life!
