Bedframe shipped in through a diffrent ship center and came ontime, no issues, delivered to my door step no problems. For some reason THIS shipping center has needed to re-confirm my address 3 times and has STILL failed to ship my mattress. We are going on day 4 past delivery date and probably call 4 tomorrow. And I do say CONFIRM my address as the address on the shipment has never once changed. Im beyond positive at this point the problem is that the package is heavy and a few hours from the location its shipping from and the driver is just repeatedly listing the address as "not found" so they dont have to bother driving out and delivering it. Again, the other shipping center DID find my address, and DID ship the other side of my order ALREADY. Absolutely furious at this point. Have company coming tomorrow and will be having to use the pull out couch instead of my guest room, not because I failed to order my things in a timely fashion, but because THIS FEDEX SHIP CENTER FAILED TO DELIVER THEM in a timely fashion. still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be informing Walmart as well. Though honestly dont see myself ordering from either Walmart OR shipping with FedEx again after the nightmare this has been.

You walk in, and the people behind the counter just stare at you and never offer a "how are you today?", "I can help you over here sir"....nothing!! Definitely some of the most miserable people I've ever encountered in a business. Management needs to do a serious overhaul, or some training on people skills or something idk. It really is ridiculous how coldly you are treated when you enter this facility.
