  I don't take reviews lightly so leaving one indicates a very good or very poor experience. Unfortunately, half of my experience was very poor here on 11/21/2025. I came into the store around 6:00pm to do some last minute printing (after a bad quality print job at UPS). I stood at the counter for a good 60-90 seconds just watching 3 employees ignore me. The youngest male, in particular, had to have seen me because he made a concerted effort to walk across and turn his back toward me while texting on his cell phone and talking to his co-workers. Finally, the youngest male, acknowledged me and asked what I needed. His customer service was that as if he'd just fallen out of bed and was half-baked; short, curt and without emotion, elongated his words. I asked uncomplicated questions which he had to ask his "manager". The "manager" then got involved and basically wrote me off without asking the appropriate questions or offering to help me with some of my request. He then proceeded to walk away from the counter and left me there not knowing if the conversation or transaction was over. Finally, a THIRD employee walked over to help me. His name was Daniel and although he wasn't over-the-top friendly, he had patience and took the time to help me with my needs. Kudos to Daniel. I hope the owner or GM of this store knows what they've got representing their services to the public. I hope they can watch the video of my encounter. I just cannot believe this is our workforce today. It's sad...

  Lindar went above and beyond to help me print the invitations for my daughter’s birthday party. 5 out of 5 star service! Very thankful for his help, and would recommend them to anyone who needs printing services.

  Had never did fax before but Manger is so helpful and she has so much passions. She help me to find the correct fax number. Had Best experience ever

  Sadly there is a red-haired lady that tries to upcharge my outgoing shipments every time! I advise going to the FedEx on Dutchtown Rd and avoid this place… I did that very thing today and saved almost $40. If you really must ship here do your research and don’t let this person scam you! Other employees here are honest but she is not.

  Honestly, this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I needed 12,000 color copies printed over night and no could do it except this store. Lindar went above and beyond in every way. Customer service excellence seems to be a lost art and this team blew my expectations out of the park. Well done!
