  The finished trophies always look great but this place has terrible customer service. The employee was unwilling to help me find what I was looking for: a trophy in gold, bronze & silver for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. I assumed this was a very basic request for a trophy shop. When I asked to look at a catalog, I was told they did not have catalogs but I could look on their website. The website was horrendous to navigate via mobile and has a million items to choose from with no good way to filter for size/color. I ended up settling for something I didn’t want because the employee basically refused to help me find a product. It was the most confusing conversation I have ever had at a place of business. Not to mention when I arrived to pick up my order, what was lying on the counter? Not one, but two different catalogs. Additionally, the trophies ended up costing twice as much as they did previously. I understand costs have gone up everywhere, but a little heads up would have been nice. We will be purchasing trophies elsewhere in the future.

  Staff was easy to work with, and they created the exact trophy that I had in mind. It was ready right on time for our company’s event, and the trophies are GORGEOUS. Highly recommend. Will absolutely use Brandon’s again!

  With last minute approval to do an in-person awards recognition ceremony, the great people here did a while lot of last minute work to help our event happen. Go Vols! GO ARMY!
