I am sick and tired of not getting mail delivered. I don't know what's going on there but it's becoming a huge problem. Important mail doesn't get delivered on days it says it will on the informed delivery. So now we have bills in collections because I never received them. Something needs to be done.

I've been coming in here for 10 years. I only come in once a year or so if I am in the area. I get the same lady everytime, and she has a problem with me everytime. Today she was agitated that I didn't set my already-prepared priority mail packages on the counter. I just wanted to make sure everything was OK - there was no line to take care of. Next thing - she asked me why I was shipping there if I am from Franklin (the guy at Pegram has asked me that, too - Bellevue, where I go weekly for 15 years now, never has a problem with me, and is always friendly. I only live 8 min from Bellevue and maybe 12-15 min from Kingston Springs and Pegram - having a Franklin address does not mean I live in historic downtown, I am actually closer to these post offices. And even I am not closer - so what? Isn't my business appreciated no matter where I am from? The post office is on the verge of bankruptcy and these employees' jobs hang in the balance, so you would think they would appreciate all the business they can get!!
