  I have had good and bad customer service at this store. Some employees really need to learn how to be nice and friendly rather than an attitude of I dont want to be bothered. Using the saying "Jesus Christ" in front of a customer is rude. She barely spoke one word and acted like she could care less. I have run into this on more than one occasion lately. If someone doesn't want to work, then they shouldn't. Also..please teach them how to communicate in a nice way.

  I have never had so much trouble with ups before today. Today we were trying to submit an Amazon return for a Chromebook, which should have been at no cost, as always with Amazon returns at ups. We were told that they could not ship it back because the box had a label already on it. When this has been an issue before, they simply cover the labels with white tape or blank stickers and continue, but the guy today refused to even consider that. He stated we would have to get another box or they could rebox and send our FREE return for $40. There were no acceptably sized boxes and Walmart so we got one from usps. We just went to return it and again was told no because they could mot use usps boxes. Mind you, they did not tell us about this stipulation before we bought it. I tried asking for alternatives to get our box shipped, if not free, then at a discounted rate. Let us buy one of your boxes then ship it with the free return method through Amazon, but no, that was still unacceptable. So we're going to USPS. The guy there was very nice and the paid rate, although our return should be free, is only $17 with them. I will also be contacting Amazon because the issue in part was also on their end. To ups, A box is a box. Let us put some stickers on it to cover the issues and get on with our day. Don't price gouge us for your boxes. To the guy who served us. I gave two stars because I like UPS and you were mostly cordial, but don't say you're welcome as we're walking out at the end to be sarcastic. That's what got UPS this bad review. Even if you couldn't do it, think about how you would feel if it were you and say I'm so sorry, but my hands are tied by company rules. You're getting paid to serve.
