I filed a claim for lost mail and they closed it and said it was delivered when I know for a fact it wasn’t delivered to my door. I refrain from ordering anymore because of them.

It says one thing on the website and then she makes her own rules apparently in the post office. Even if you read her the rules from the usps website of what is accepted she just says "I don't accept that". Crazy!
