This makes it unconventional for the ones that just want to mail a package and not go out their way by another 4 to 6 miles to the next post office. Which is usually busier than usual due to this one being closed. During the holidays is was even worse, because the other locations you would be in line for at least 30 to 45 minutes, and half the people were from the Colonial Heights location. Something needs to be done.
