I am out of state and needed her to print a page to have a client come sign and scan it back to me. Not only we were able to coordinate this over the phone, but she went above and beyond to help us! This could have been a stressful situation, but thanks to Grace was easy and seamless. Grace took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly, answered all my questions with patience and a positive attitude, and truly cared about making sure I was taken care of. Grace has a lot of pride she puts into their work and truly went above and beyond!!! I was very relieved to have everything handled!
