    Mail carriers are incompetent won’t deliver your package correctly and when you try to call for clarification you just get to talk to a robot.

    I’d give zero stars if I could. Nearly every package I’ve ver had with USPS gets delayed, lost, sent back to sender, or comes in damaged. My recent experience… they held my package due to an “incomplete address”, which was correct when my order was submitted. Can’t get anyone on the phone, the automated chat wouldn’t help bc the address didn’t match the shipment (duh… they used the wrong address per the incomplete address not), I had no way to update that address and the sender couldn’t do much more to help… so I started checking every publicly accessible USPS location I could. None of them could help, told me they’d update the address, yet the tracking info and package stayed exactly the same for nearly 2 weeks. I had to drive to a private distribution center not available to the public to find it. The employees were EXTREMELY RUDE, acted frustrated, and told me they have hundreds of packages back there, as I could see, so they probably couldn’t help. She came out to speak to me in person and was even more rude, but I returned it with kindness asking her to please just check as this wasn’t last ditch effort to retrieve a VERY pricey package. A slow and behold… she comes out 5 minutes later w/ my shipment. 🙄 The systems suck, no communication at all, cannot fix a simple issue, and on top of it all, they’re SO rude and crass. It’s a shame our taxpayers have to fund this. If it were a business, all of these issues would be resolved. The US Gov should defund USPS and offer subsidies to UPS and FedEx instead. They can actually get the job done, have systems for issues like this, and most importantly, they’re nice, understanding, and helpful… as they should be! That’s what free markets will do for ya. It would go a lot better for if our mail was not socialized and communistic sucking off government money. FedEx also sucks but much better than USPS. If the package really matters… I would highly recommend UPS. I barely trust USPS with my basic mail anymore. They screw up and then treat their customers like crap for trying to simply retrieve the stuff they purchased. Very frustrating and annoying. This is not all USPS employees… but most are either unhelpful and cannot fix the issue, or their just plain rude. BEWARE!!!

    Horrible business!! They never held my mail when I filled out the proper form and turned it in.. my mail was still delivered while I was out of town! 2nd times this has happened in 7 months

    I do not understand why packages traveling through this facility never fail to spend days here rather then just being shipped to location 30 miles away!!! How is this place still in operation with all these horrible reviews and unlawful acts committed by this facility!!

    This Post Office NEVER answers their phone! They allow the system to roll you over to the number that requires you to wait an interminable amount of time only to be given the number to this post office that NEVER answers their phone! If you they are wondering why people are so nasty when they call it is because of this! How is anything supposed to get resolved going around in circles!? The Post Office offers little or no service with a ridiculous time for delivering mail and or packages! Employees with any other business would be fired for the negligence the post office employees exhibit... Considering their already low rating I doubt they read... Pay attention to or try to do better... Probably wasting my time!
