- MCMark Cruise1 day ago1.0I just showed up at 4:20pm today (Saturday, April 11) to ship a small package to Nevada. The one and only associate on duty was on a desktop computer helping a customer when I arrived. There were four customers in front of me and another 4-5 came in after me. The associate started complaining, in a voice loud enough for everyone to hear, about customers coming in so close to closing time. Obviously, this associate doesn’t know that customers are why a store stays in business, no matter when it is during posted hours of operation. When I finally got to the front at 4:40 and presented my package (a light box about 18” x 12” bound for Nevada), she proceeded to tell me very rudely that it would take 20 minutes to handle my package, the store would be closing in 18 minutes, and she needed to take care of the customers behind me. So I left. I will not do business with this store again. USPS, here I come.

I've worked with Tabitha and Jovi quite a bit and they're always kind and work quickly! Today I was returning a replica spear and they made sure to get the exact box size I needed and ensured it was packed and prepped correctly to prevent any damage. This is the only store that I will go to for my shipping needs! THANK YOU!
