- ALAlley LillyAug 12, 20251.0Please don't bother or waste your time with this post office. The employees never scan all of our packages and we have run into this numerous times... They're really lazy and just don't care if your packages make it out or not! Also not to mention they're not helpful at all and make you feel like a burden especially the oldest gentlemen. We now have to drive all the way to Johnson City to ship out packages.

Each time, I make an extra effort to be home to sign for packages and the carrier can’t find the effort to knock on the door?! Ridiculous. However, the guys at the counter are fantastic and will do whatever they can to fix their employer’s mistakes (which is only so much). I think the problem seems to be USPS as a whole.
