- BTBrandan TobinDec 9, 20251.0Post Master is probably overwhelmed this time of year, but could’ve fixed this 3 months ago when it happened. There is no passport service at this office anymore, as of 3 months ago. But the website still books appointments for this location. There is a note posted on the door letting people know they need to go to ETSU or Bristol now. It would’ve been a very easy fix to the website to remove this location as a passport appointment option. 3 minutes tops to fix that. To save people from wasting hours. Please fix it and I’ll update this review.

I call the 800 number listed on google and had to call back 6 times. I spent thirty minutes trying to get to an agent and it absolutely would not do that. I called the local number that is for some convenient reason not listed and they won't even answer the phone! No option to wait or anything like that. I've went through the stupidest stuff with USPS like this. Wasting so much of my time for no solution.

Last I checked I don’t live in Erwin, TN why is my package going there. When I called the post office the person couldn’t provide me with a logical reason why my package is being sent everywhere else except my house! Whoever is running this facility needs to be fired!
