They allow the system to roll you over to the number that requires you to wait an interminable amount of time only to be given the number to this post office that NEVER answers their phone! If you they are wondering why people are so nasty when they call it is because of this! How is anything supposed to get resolved going around in circles!? The Post Office offers little or no service with a ridiculous time for delivering mail and or packages! Employees with any other business would be fired for the negligence the post office employees exhibit... Considering their already low rating I doubt they read... Pay attention to or try to do better... Probably wasting my time!

- BTBrandan TobinDec 9, 20251.0Post Master is probably overwhelmed this time of year, but could’ve fixed this 3 months ago when it happened. There is no passport service at this office anymore, as of 3 months ago. But the website still books appointments for this location. There is a note posted on the door letting people know they need to go to ETSU or Bristol now. It would’ve been a very easy fix to the website to remove this location as a passport appointment option. 3 minutes tops to fix that. To save people from wasting hours. Please fix it and I’ll update this review.
