I tried to return something a few days ago but they needed it in a different box, so I brought home to rebox (their box was going to cost $41). I put in a box and make the drive all the way back today and turns out they forgot to void the return from a few days ago, and say I now have to try to get ahold of Amazon to make me a new return code then I can bring it back. I'll drive even further to avoid this location.

After standing in line for awhile, we were told by an employee that service was not available on busy days without an appt booked online. Left store at 11:30, scheduled an appt online for 2:00 the same day, and returned at 1:45 pm. Then the same employee told us that they would not notorized any documents, even if we made an appt because they were too busy with the holiday rush; she did not apologize for canceling the appt or for causing us making 2 separate trips, needlessly wasting our time ...and she said the employee (manager) who does notarization was "gone to the bank". Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. P.s. If you want to make it better, reschedule/keep a future appt and wave the notary fee. And if you are not able to have notary services on a given day (I e. Holiday season), then don't offer that date for online scheduling.
