It took a month and two days to get there and then they said we would have to pay $66 to pick up the package after our initial $46. (The package wasn’t even worth that much but my college daughter had been waiting and waiting for it.) The UPS store admitted they were in the wrong and did not give the right price when the package was mailed but refused to take responsibility for it. Another time I mailed a package that had a $300 hammer in it. Again, it was mailed from the UPS store, but via US postal. I bought extra insurance on it. When my son got the package, it was taped with a letter I had written in it, but no hammer. They would not honor the insurance because they said it was sent US postal mail. I had my receipt to show where I had purchased extra insurance for it. Another time I had posters printed at the store. The employee could not figure out the machine and printed the poster over and over trying to get the right size the right proportion, the right direction. I finally had to leave in the next day. I had to get somebody to pick up the poster because they could not figure it out. DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE! 3101 Browns Mill Rd Johnson City, TN

Went to the other UPS store and they took it no problem. I could understand if I was bringing in a beat up package but it was a new box with no damages, neatly packaged with a pre-paid label.
