- SSSydney SpanglerJan 23, 20261.0I had two returns one was Amazon one was AutoZone. The lady working asked me if I wanted to pay for shipping for my autozone return I said yes. She then proceeded to tell me I should just go take it to the nearest store instead of paying for shipping. I wouldn’t have brought it to the ups store if I didn’t want to pay for shipping. It takes two seconds and i was already there ready to pay. So I left. Maybe you should let the customer decide what they want to do instead of telling them. Turns out my package got lost and I never got a refund because they in fact did not refund me at autozone in person they had to ship it back. Could’ve just shipped it from the ups store but I guess she knows better than me.
