- HRHelene RichardsMar 17, 20231.0Latasha has to be the rudest breathing human being I’ve ever met in my entire 58 years of life. I sent a package and she acted like I was a bother to her. She needs a job where she doesn’t have to deal with the public if she is that unhappy at her job. If I was her boss I would put her in charge of cleaning the bathrooms and scrubbing the floors where she the public doesn’t have to see that waste of human life in Jefferson City.

- K1kaity 18Aug 4, 20171.0I wish I could give Jefferson city USPS 0 stars I had a package delivered to my house and said it was delivered but wasnt delivered to my mailbox I dont know where it was delivered to but tried to call and they put you on hold for 1 hour and 30 min. Who has time for that? Ever since I have moved here I get all kinds of random peoples mail and have to put it back with the flag up whoever is delivering the mail around here is very incompetent and I would not suggest using them for anything important or valuable
