- MEMiranda EnglandJul 11, 20255.0I had a package that was scanned as someone picked it up and I knew I hadn't picked it up so i called an open a investigation on it. Well the supervisor Mark called me and he worked so hard on making sure I got my package. It was suppose to come Thursday and NOTHING I literally was going to file for an insurance claim on it and just get my money back BUT I cam Home today Friday July 11th 2025 and BOOM it was in my mailbox. Shortly after getting it Mark called me again asking if I had received my package and I assured him I did. I was so happy because it was my middle child's shoes for school. So I don't care what anyone says Mark is a wonderful supervisor and person he worked super hard to make sure my package was found and delivered to me. I highly recommend him and this post office to anyone

Mr. Cravens needs to remember patrons have a choice of delivery options many times and I certainly will be choosing alternative delivery methods when available.
