- KBK B1 day ago1.0The worst customer service, no information at all. Failed to inform me about paperwork before wasting my time. Let alone calling before, tried to make an appointment, failed to mention anything. Not customer friendly. If you don’t like your job let someone else take it. The woman had the audacity to have an attitude and said to my husband he had to have a birth certificate when he got his passport when indeed he did NOT, no mam, it was before the dang “real ID”came out. But GAVE HIM AN ATTITUDE WHEN SHE WASN’T THERE when he got his passport NINE years ago!!!! UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. They need serious training when talking to people. As a business owner I’m super disappointed. As I give you business as well. I might just switch carriers after this because this is too much for something so simple.

Well, they Really Don’t Care about Mail Delivery here, they have not delivered mail for more than 7 days. Last year I stopped mail while out of town for a few days, they couldn’t find my mail for two weeks after. I got Late payment fees …. If you asked residents there would be a million complaints!!!!

After making us wait in line again, she ended up telling us that we were late and not taking our appointment after we were already there!!!???
