Had to keep waiting for someone to come to the fingerprint machine after the girl went to get someone. It kept trying to end the session it took so long and I made an appointment to do so. Never said a word to me just did her fingerprints to verify my ids and walked off. Then when I called her back over there because it was having trouble reading mine she scoffed that I need to hold my fingers over the metal part and off she went again. Not helpful or even semi approachable at all.

There needs to be more customer service representative at this location, especially during the Holiday season.

Mshera waited on me and was very helpful in helping me send my package . She explained that she was a new employee but it really didn't seem like it considering she smiled while waiting on me and seemed quite comfortable in getting me taken care of. Although she had to have some help because an error msg she was NOT familiar with popped up I would say she's gonna make a really great employee because her willingness to try and go above and beyond serving the public shows thru her NOT getting frustrated and just getting it done correctly!!
