However, the package has still not been returned to T-mobile and they are saying I owe over $1,000 for the returned item. The heavy set Caucasian woman acted like she was too busy to process the package right then. She needs to be fired and she needs to be held accountable for the package she did not mail or give me a receipt for. It has been over 3 weeks since the package was left for her to process!
