But leave it in the box for the next day to pick up? This SHOULD have been RESOLVED before Route 6 Driver PUNCHED OUT! Then he would remember to do his job right the first time. MAYBE

I mistakenly shipped to an incorrect address and tracking showed as undeliverable, returning to sender… then the next day out for delivery again… and made it to the right place! Thank you to the kind soul whose investigative work and care got a gift delivered on time :)
- MMMichael MillerJan 31, 20191.0TERRIBLE customer service. It's all just a scam to give them more money. They told us our package can't be shipped because they didn't like our packaging. So they give us their own and try to force us to pay an upcharge instead of giving us the correct packing to ship our item. They made the mistake and refused fix it. Extremely rude personnel after waiting in line forever. We've had to leave the store twice now to try and repack the item ourselves forcing us to drive back and forth. I won't even be making any money off shipping this item now. Completely unacceptable. This will absolutely be the last time I come to this post office to do any kind of business.
