Walk in their shoes, act upon sudden situations, have to make snap judgement in 2 seconds. I'm sure they don't purposefully act in a rash manner just for the heck of it. There was a reason for their actions. They don't know what they are walking up on. Overall, I am very pleased with the postal service. Courteous, knowledgable, prompt, pleasant employees.
