- EBEm BrownJan 18, 20265.0I had the best experience stopping in this cute little post office while visiting from out of town. I had the opportunity to meet the post master Pam who was really helpful answering my questions on places to go eat and to check out the elephant sanctuary. Erin and Brittany both greeted me and said thanks for stopping in as well.

The staff where Pam and Brittney. these two where very professional , knowledgeable and ready to help. I watched then greet everyone with a smile and were all 'hands on' helping all customers including myself until we were satisfied with their services. I strongly recommend going to that post office if you are looking for top customer service with friendly atmosphere, including any questions you may have.

Walk in their shoes, act upon sudden situations, have to make snap judgement in 2 seconds. I'm sure they don't purposefully act in a rash manner just for the heck of it. There was a reason for their actions. They don't know what they are walking up on. Overall, I am very pleased with the postal service. Courteous, knowledgable, prompt, pleasant employees.
