They were so kind and patient. She came in frustrated and left smiling. They were knowledgeable and courteous offering quick assistance. Great job guys! Customer service done right!

I'm a 70 year old woman who was frustrated beyond belief when I came in w some packages to return to Amazon. Gaige reassured me he could help and walked me through it all. He took an extra step printing something for me and gathering all the materials l needed. He was friendly and so super helpful and l just wanted to share he was an answer to my (literal) prayers!!
