  The European Hispanic girl that work in the printing really rude bad energy she was very tense nonchalant and the demeanor was so cold shoulder ish I’ve never had a bad experience til now lefted a bad taste in my mouth didn’t want to do her job towards closing

  Everyone who works here acts like it's the worst day of their life. I do not understand how 1 business can have so many miserable people working under 1 roof.

  Terrible service. Rude and slow. Waited for 30 min for one person ahead of me. Then, saw my printed ticket for return go into the trash and told the lady that my printed sticker for my returned package fell. She insisted that she did not need it! Come to find out she never processed my returned package and i never received that money back. Called the store just to be told i need to drive up there again and show my QR code from amazon and then got hung up on. Will never shop or return anything at Staples! and their offer on amazon for a 100$ coupon is also not advertised correctly. It's just a scam to get you in there to use their services.

  I wasted over 30 minutes at this Staples location trying to use their so-called “self-service” printing with PrintMe, and not once did an employee take ownership of helping me. My email was never received by the system, and instead of troubleshooting or assisting, the employee told me I had to wait for another associate to return from break because he was “too busy doing **Amazon returns.” Helping customers with Staples’ own services should not be secondary to Amazon returns. I even called the store manager afterward, and instead of acknowledging the obvious failure of their system or staff support, I was told “it could be your Wi-Fi,” which makes zero sense when: I was physically in the store Their system never received the email No one attempted a workaround or offered counter printing For comparison, I went to The UPS Store immediately afterward — and had no issues, they treated me with respect. At Staples, I was dismissed, deprioritized, and made to feel like an inconvenience. This location clearly lacks: Proper staff coverage Training on PrintMe Basic customer service standards If you advertise printing services, you need employees who will actually help customers use them — not tell them to wait around while Amazon returns take priority. Completely unacceptable experience.

  Commenting here to shout out Bradly in the printing section. He was so helpful and worked with me when the printing job wasn't necessarily straight forward. Thanks to him, our business add will be well done and very professional.
