    I wasted over 30 minutes at this Staples location trying to use their so-called “self-service” printing with PrintMe, and not once did an employee take ownership of helping me. My email was never received by the system, and instead of troubleshooting or assisting, the employee told me I had to wait for another associate to return from break because he was “too busy doing **Amazon returns.” Helping customers with Staples’ own services should not be secondary to Amazon returns. I even called the store manager afterward, and instead of acknowledging the obvious failure of their system or staff support, I was told “it could be your Wi-Fi,” which makes zero sense when: I was physically in the store Their system never received the email No one attempted a workaround or offered counter printing For comparison, I went to The UPS Store immediately afterward — and had no issues, they treated me with respect. At Staples, I was dismissed, deprioritized, and made to feel like an inconvenience. This location clearly lacks: Proper staff coverage Training on PrintMe Basic customer service standards If you advertise printing services, you need employees who will actually help customers use them — not tell them to wait around while Amazon returns take priority. Completely unacceptable experience.

    Commenting here to shout out Bradly in the printing section. He was so helpful and worked with me when the printing job wasn't necessarily straight forward. Thanks to him, our business add will be well done and very professional.

    literally who runs this place? nothing has changed in YEARS customer service is horrendous and disgusting. don’t even get me started on that one dude who is still there despite the poor customer service and thinking he’s better than everyone else (u know who u are, hop off your cloud bud seriously.) what kind of business is this? i’m surprised this place is still open. the reviews literally speak for themselves it’s not a coincidence when everyone is having the same experience js!!!

    Hadn't been to Staples in a long time. Went recently and it's still same old unfriendly and non-customer centric vibe. Honestly, I'm very surprised this place is still in business. Done giving this place my business. Future office supplies will be purchased 100% Amazon online. I don't have to deal with surly, unprofessional employees who don't like their job.
