I dropped off a package that contained my old cell phone for trade in with my new carrier, using a preprinted, prepaid label from the carrier. After 2 weeks, that package appeared to have never left the store. I filed a claim and was immediately paid out by Fed Ex, but if you are shipping anything you can't afford to lose / replace, my advice would be to find another store.
