I believe it was Tonya who called me and let me know in case I wanted to fix. I didn’t have the ability to fix them but the guy there (I think Cody - so sorry if that’s wrong), fixed them for me and they came out beautifully!!! That is far more than above and beyond - that’s just truly caring about their customers. Will continue to go here for my printing needs. You made my day! Thank you!!

The staff took the needed time to carefully resize and print the photos. I misspelled names and had to return on two separate occasions and they were more than helpful and happy to help.
- SFSallie FordJan 28, 20265.0I had a great experience at the FedEx Office location on 153 in Hixson. It was before Christmas and I had gotten a custom calendar with some of own photos thru Amazon. The calendar was for a dear friend who had just broken her hip and had other health issues. It was personal and was a testament to our long friendship. After it arrived I wanted to add more photos at the end of the 2026 year. FedEx was my go to place and I ended up working with the manager. He helped me make copies of the photos on paper that was thicker than usual and then showed me how to cut and hole punch so they would fit the actual calendar size. He was friendly, helpful, and made a good experience even better. Great experience.

Unfortunately, it arrived two days past her wedding and she kept getting texts that it had arrived and was looking all over a different FedEx locations for it, while searching for a back up dress. Super bummed it didn’t arrive And they did not give us a refund. The woman at FedEx was very helpful. But I wish she had told me overnight was not a guarantee and I wish she had told me there was no moneyback guarantees during the month of December.
