  Anytime I’ve used the printing service, I’ve always had great results, unless it was the general store manager doing them. He has either messed up my order every time or given me a hard time for putting in whatever order I’m doing. And when I go in person to place an order if it’s more complicated, he gets frustrated and basically tells me to do it online. Last time he pointed to the shelf he was building and said that’s what he was trying to do, as if him doing his job and putting in an order was an inconvenience to him. I suggest the next store manager this location has can actually do all the jobs his employees have to do.

  Michael, who stated he was the manager was rude, ignored a lady waiting to return an item when I pointed out she had been waiting, and stated he wanted to get my $200.00, very rude attitude throughout the transaction. Would avoid this store and suggest Office Depot on main street.

  Mick did a great job helping me in the print center . It’s apparent she knows what she is doing and is good at her job. To start she was very patient with my several failed attempts to email the documents for printing. Finally it went thru (with her help). I was sleep deprived ——operator error. I had an idea for laminating a card and asked her opinion on where to punch a hole in to so to attach a clip. She told me where she thought it looked best courteously disagreeing with my opinion. Im grateful she was confident enough to give her honest opinion because she was absolutely right. It looks awesome! Great job Muck. I appreciate your help!
