This is November still and the next appointment is until January. What the heck do you announce there is walking ins, if you just leave during work ours? We are trying to do it during school break so our daughter does not loose classes, also, you never answer the phone for any questions. Very disappointing and frustrating about this place.

They people who deliver the mail are too lazy to get out of their cars to bring the packages to the house so they mark people as moved no forwarding address. Also, they didn’t deliver a different package because they claimed it needed a signature when the sender did not require one. It’s one thing after another. The people that work here are lazy. The so called management is lazy and they never answer their phones. They need to clean house but of course with it being a federal job they won’t. I’m sure that’s the reason they are so lazy and just don’t care
