    This is a disorganized location. I had a package that was being stored during the holiday in my name here and called ahead of time to see if my wife could pick it up. They confirmed she could and upon her arrival, then told her she couldn’t. This is not the first time my family has been inconvenienced by this location. While the young lady I spoke with was nice, this has not been our experience. The unprofessionalism and attitudes have been unfortunate. I would go to a different location for your local services like PO Box, shipping and printing. Also you are never met with a smile or a welcoming attitude when doing business here.

    Shannon was friendly and professional. She gave me a variety of options, and took her time with me even though the store was very busy; she he even gave me time to consult with my family about the options and never once made me feel rushed or like I was in the way. It was a Saturday at the peak of the holiday mailing season, and you'd never know it by interacting with this person. She was fantastic! Lexi was also helpful, plus I witnessed her carrying a very large package into the store from a customer's car. The whole team was great!
