They confirmed she could and upon her arrival, then told her she couldn’t. This is not the first time my family has been inconvenienced by this location. While the young lady I spoke with was nice, this has not been our experience. The unprofessionalism and attitudes have been unfortunate. I would go to a different location for your local services like PO Box, shipping and printing. Also you are never met with a smile or a welcoming attitude when doing business here.
