- JJJONIOct 27, 20255.0I love this store and the staff! The lady in charge (Shan) is the kindest individual. Ive seen her be verbally abused more than once and she handles it very well. The public is so mean. I used to work in customer service and wouldn't do it again for any amount of money. The staff is always laughing and having a good time. Shows the type of leadership there. I was in last week and witnessed an altercation with a customer that wasn't happy with a service they didn't even provide and Shan tried her best to direct them where they could get it done and the lady flat out yelled at her. She also cut line and was interrupting her while she was with another customer. Ive never gotten anything but good service and smiles. I appreciate this store and the staff!!

The employee who assisted me a tall, thin woman with short hair was visibly irritated and unhelpful. She even directed me elsewhere simply because my package was international. I’ll be more selective about where I spend my time and money going forward.

I would recommend going to the other location in Hendersonville, on Glennbrook, as the staff at the Main Street store struggle to do anything beyond scanning an Amazon QR code.
